If a product is found to be counterfeit or does not match its description, we will issue a full refund or replacement. To make a claim under this guarantee, please provide proof of purchase and any supporting documentation.


Eligible Refund Conditions

We aim to ensure your experience with us is excellent. However, refunds will only be granted in the following cases:

  • If the product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase.
  • If the product is proven to be counterfeit or not genuine (covered by our Authenticity Assurance).

Important: Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the product did not achieve the desired result due to individual factors, such as unique skin or scalp responses. While we guarantee the quality and safety of our products, individual results may vary.
  • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or proven not genuine.

Proof of Purchase

To process any refund or return, we require a valid receipt, purchase order, or any other proof of purchase. Without this, we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.


How to Return Items

  • In-store Returns: You can visit any of our retail locations to return your item. Our staff will inspect the product and process your return or exchange accordingly.
  • Returns by Courier: If you are returning an item via courier, please ensure it is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product arrives damaged due to poor packaging, we may reject your refund request.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective product or the wrong item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


Fair Use Policy

To ensure fairness, we reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following situations:
